While the majority of our clients choose to lease their devices, we do offer direct purchase as well as multiple lease term options.

Whether you’re purchasing  outright or starting a new  lease, we always include your delivery, installation and user training at no additional cost.

How do I get a proposal or quote?

We approach each organization as consultants, not salespeople, to best understand your unique copy and print environment. To provide you with the most suitable solution, we kindly request the following information as the first step in our proposal process:

  1. Current Lease Agreement: Share your current device model(s) and lease end date.
  2. Current Service Agreement: Let us know your print volume and any cancellation terms.
  3. Last 3 Invoices: If applicable, provide invoices from your lease and service companies to verify your monthly volume usage.

If you're unable to provide these documents, don't worry! Just answer these simple questions:

  1. Do you own or lease your current printing devices?
  2. If leased, when does your lease end?
  3. What is your current monthly cost, including equipment and service expenses if separate?
  4. What is your current black & white print volume?
  5. What is your current color print volume?
  6. What are your current black & white and color Cost Per Copy or service rates?

Will you match competitors’ pricing?

We welcome the opportunity to offer you the best pricing and will do everything within our power to provide you with a competitive quote. This includes taking the pricing to our manufacturers when necessary, to see if they can offer any additional discounts.  In short, yes, however, we'll need to have the competitive quote in writing to confirm that the solutions are equivalent models and configuration. 

How long does it take to get a new device?

Our installation team can generally complete installation within 1-2 weeks of receiving the signed documents or payment of the invoice if purchasing outright. Typically, it can be much sooner, depending on what device is ordered.

This time frame includes delivery, set up, networking and any initial training requested by those users on-site during installation.

We can also remove the previous machines on request.

Do you sell toner and ink cartridges?

Toner and ink cartridges are included as part of our Managed Print Services (MPS) agreement; however, we also offer toner and ink for many other brands to purchase as required. 

What’s included in a copier service or managed print service agreement?

Our maintenance includes all parts, supplies, toner, labour, service calls, preventative maintenance, and unlimited training throughout the agreement. Paper and staples are not included.
